SunGard will hold its annual Legal Conference: Corporate Practice Symposium on August 16-17, 2006. This two-day course will offer presentations on numerous issues and challenges facing corporate counsel today, with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. The conference faculty is comprised of SunGard Counsel and International and Local Practitioners. SunGard will apply for CLE credit in various states.
