Mary Myers
With a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Change, Mary Myers is positioned to assist with aspects of both educational planning and change management. Mary is also a Certified Program Planner (CPP). This international designation indicates her experience and knowledge in overall training program design and development. Mary’s Certified Technical Trainer (CTT) certification, along with master’s degree in computer education, has prepared her to undertake any software training project with sound instructional design and excellent trainer skills. With a total of 14 technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and MCSE, Mary has both an in-depth and overall understanding of almost any technical software.
Olga Novikova
Olga Novikova, Director of Support and Training EMEA, has extensive implementation experience in front and back office software solutions for trading and risk management across both physical and financial energy products. In addition to providing implementation support, her responsibilities include designing all ZaiNet courses for European customers, conducting training needs analysis, delivering standard and tailor-made training programs, and organizing post implementation client support. Olga holds a master’s degree in economic cybernetics from Plekhanov Economic University in Moscow. She is also experienced in corporate and business analysis, Oracle, UNIX, and SQL.
Rashmi Sharma
Rashmi Sharma, Senior Support Consultant, has over 6 years experience in the energy industry working with various ETRM solution providers. She has performed various roles ranging from application support, business analysis to support ownership of clients. In addition to her Senior Consultant role, she conducts ZaiNet courses - both standard and customised for European clients as well as reviews and updates the training materials on a regular basis. Rashmi holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering specialising in Advanced Microprocessors from Bombay University, India. She is also experienced in Visual Basic, PL / SQL and Oracle.
