Training Needs Analysis
Your investment in SunGard energy products is made for the long haul. To help you prepare for the future, SunGard provides training needs analysis (TNA) services. Our experienced instructors will examine the entire business structure, conduct on-site needs interviews, and then prepare a comprehensive long range training plan.
The plan identifies needed skill sets, compares them to current skill sets, and provides the customer a roadmap for developing expert product skills over a timeframe that suits their business cycle, as well as each learner’s individual needs. In addition, the TNA serves as an excellent source for staff performance management.
Below is an example of a TNA results report for an energy customer, which lists the required courses, course description, current and planned employee skillset, and functional expertise area.
